Dualisation of Asphalt Road from Ghala to Al Ansab, Phase 2 for Muscat Municipality

The scope of work involves construction of main road works of 2.4 Kms dual carriageway, diversion road works of 1.2 km and Link road of length 1.1 km, structural works like 10 Cell Box Culverts and 900 mts Concrete Retaining wall of varying height from 11 meters to 5 meters, utility protection works, Falaj protection works and provision of future ducts for telephone / electrical lines. It is a particularly challenging job as several numbers of utilities like PDO oil pipeline, Gas Pipeline etc. are present besides / inside the ROW requiring a design change in the road alignment in coordination with the various public sector authorities.
